Outdoor Adhesive
Outdoor Adhesive: Waterproof, Strong, Exterior Construction Glue
To bond something outside, a good outdoor adhesive needs to resist strong weather conditions. Adiseal exterior adhesive for outside use provides a strong, flexible, waterproof, weatherproof and durable adhesive bond. Adiseal has also been shown to be the strongest adhesive for outdoor use in an independent adhesive strength test, providing the best bond for exterior adhesive bonding applications.
When sticking items outdoors, the adhesive will need to withstand harsh weather conditions like wind, UV, rain and cold temperatures. Adiseal outdoor weatherproof adhesive can withstand these harsh weather conditions and provide a strong durable bond.
What is the strongest outdoor adhesive
Ultimate Handyman tested the strongest adhesives by applying different products between wood and metal surfaces, subjecting each to pressure after curing. Adiseal emerged as the strongest adhesive, boasting strength three times greater than its closest competitor. Its remarkable resilience caused the test rig’s screws to tear out before the bond broke, forcing the test on it to be stopped early.
Test results
Adiseal demonstrated remarkable strength, enduring pressures exceeding 3123 psi in the bond strength test between hardwood and metal. Conversely, competing product bonds failed at pressures of 1115 psi or less. The graphic representation provided emphasizes Adiseal’s superior performance, cementing its status as the premier adhesive.

Benefits of Adiseal
How to use an outdoor adhesive
How to use outdoor adhesive
- Surface preparation
Making sure both surface that require bonding are thoroughly clean is vital to get a good quality strong adhesive bond. We recommend using a fine brush like a painting brush to remove fine dust.
- Apply outdoor adhesive
Apply the outdoor adhesive to 1 surface. Covering as much surface area as possible provides a better bond but do not apply too much that excess adhesive squeezes out of the sides when the 2 items are pushed together.
- Joining items
Join the 2 items together. If required, use temporary supports to hold items in place until the adhesive cures.
- Clean any excess
If there is any excess adhesive squeezing out of the sides, remove it before it cures.
- Test bond strength
Once the adhesive cures, remove any temporary supports and test the bond strength.
