To push the formula to its absolute limits, we conducted a destructive demonstration using heavy 32 kg concrete blocks. Rather than applying the paste to the wide, flat face of the masonry, we intentionally applied a minimal amount to the narrowest edge to dramatically reduce the bonding surface area. Despite this extreme leverage and minimal contact zone, the two concrete slabs fused together instantly upon contact without sliding, slipping, or separating.

Why Adiseal Bonds Better to Different Materials:

How to use instant grab adhesive
How to use instant grab adhesive.
- Prepare the surfaces
Ensure all bonding surfaces are completely clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, or failing historic sealants.
- Cut the tip
Trim the cartridge tip cleanly to match your desired bead width. Due to the high viscosity of true instant-hold formulas, always use a high-ratio, professional caulking gun.
- Apply the adhesive
Extrude the adhesive evenly onto one surface. Avoid over-application to prevent excessive squeeze-out.
- Join the surfaces
Press the two items firmly together with a slight twisting motion to evenly distribute the hybrid polymer. Apply firm pressure for 3–5 seconds to fully lock the initial suction grab.
- Clean up & cure
Immediately scrape away any excess squeeze-out. Allow the assembly to cure fully via atmospheric moisture.
Tip: To store an opened cartridge, purge roughly 1cm of adhesive out of the nozzle tip and store the tube upright in a cool, dry place. The exposed adhesive will absorb moisture, curing into a solid, airtight plug. When you need to reuse the tube, simply pull the cured plug out with pliers or trim the nozzle down slightly to access the fresh, uncured adhesive below.
