Building Adhesive
Building Adhesive Sealant: Strong Grab in Construction
Adiseal building adhesive sealant provides a strong bond and seal on many construction materials. As well as having a strong bond, the adhesive remains flexible, waterproof, weatherproof and highly durable. In independent testing, Adiseal was shown to be the strongest adhesive.
What is the best building adhesive?
In an independent strength test of construction adhesives conducted by Ultimate Handyman in the UK, Adiseal emerged as the top-performing adhesive. Its exceptional heavy-duty performance outstripped all competitors, showcasing more than three times the strength of the next best product.
The test had to be stopped when the screws fastening the metal sheet began to rip out, and the hydraulic ram seal even failed, unable to withstand Adiseal’s extraordinary strength, exceeding the test rig’s capabilities.

Applications & Benefits
How to use building adhesive
How to use building adhesive
- Surface Preparation
Ensure that the surfaces to be bonded are clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, or any contaminants. If necessary, use a suitable cleaner or solvent to remove old adhesives or finishes.
- Apply Adhesive
Apply a continuous bead of adhesive along the joint or seam. Use a consistent and even pressure on the caulking gun trigger.
- Press Surfaces Together
Press both surfaces together. Sliding the surfaces slightly side to side can help spread the adhesive.
- Support or Clamp
Depending on the weight or characteristics of the materials being bonded, consider using clamps or supports to hold the surfaces together while the adhesive sets.
- Curing Time
Allow the adhesive to cure according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Avoid applying stress or load to the bonded surfaces until the adhesive has fully cured.
Tip: To store Adiseal once opened, leave about 1cm worth of product out of the nozzle and store the tube upright in a cool dry place. Adiseal requires moisture for it to cure. The exposed part out of the nozzle will cure creating a cap. To re-use Adiseal, pull the cured part out or cut the nozzle until the uncured part is reached.
