Nous avons utilis\u00e9 une perceuse \u00e0 colonne Scheppach DP60. La vitesse de rotation a \u00e9t\u00e9 fix\u00e9e \u00e0 400 tr\/min pour tous les forets test\u00e9s. Nous avons utilis\u00e9 des forets de 10 mm en m\u00e9tal cobalt des plus grandes marques mondiales, notamment Milwaukee Cobalt Red, DeWalt Extreme, Bosch cobalt et Makita, pour percer chaque trou. Nous avons \u00e9galement test\u00e9 des forets sans cobalt, notamment Milwaukee Thunderweb et Bosch PointTeq, mais nous n&rsquo;avons pas inclus les r\u00e9sultats dans le tableau, car il ne serait pas juste de lister les forets sans cobalt avec les forets avec cobalt (Bosch PointTeq n&rsquo;a pas r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 percer de trous dans l&rsquo;acier inoxydable SUS304 de 6 mm d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour chaque trou, un poids de 5 kg a \u00e9t\u00e9 suspendu au bras de la perceuse \u00e0 colonne afin de s&rsquo;assurer qu&rsquo;une force \u00e9gale \u00e9tait appliqu\u00e9e \u00e0 chaque foret lors du per\u00e7age et que la vitesse de rotation de la perceuse \u00e0 colonne \u00e9tait \u00e9gale. Pour les tests de durabilit\u00e9, nous avons perc\u00e9 chaque trou sans utiliser de lubrifiant, de liquide de refroidissement ou d&rsquo;huile de coupe. L&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;un lubrifiant, d&rsquo;un liquide de refroidissement ou d&rsquo;une huile de coupe peut contribuer \u00e0 r\u00e9duire la temp\u00e9rature des tr\u00e9pans et \u00e0 prolonger leur dur\u00e9e de vie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le forage de chaque trou a \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9 et le temps a \u00e9t\u00e9 mesur\u00e9 apr\u00e8s en regardant les horodateurs sur chaque vid\u00e9o.
